The Atomic Keeper automated system for the accounting and control of nuclear materials is based on the Universal Accounting Platform, which provides basic accounting functions and ensures information security of the entire solution.

The platform can be extended with additional modules that implement specific functionality for a particular solution. Modules are linked to each other and to the platform and are customised using configuration.

From a technical point of view, Atomic Keeper is a cross-platform solution implemented using .Net with compilation from source directly into machine code. The target operating systems are Windows Server and Linux, including Astra Linux. PostgreSQL is used as the database.

The system is organized so that basic functionality is implemented as extension modules. The platform is responsible for storing data and ensuring consistency in case of changes, while the logic of changes is implemented in the extension modules.
